My name is Ana Maria, after taking on my first investment property, I developed a passion for managing the process of flipping from start to finish. From the investment properties to the first-time home buyers, from the very beginning of house hunting until the end of completing the flip. My fervor for all of this compelled me to create: Flipped By Her. 

Flipping houses is inevitable since homes are only becoming more and more outdated. Sometimes you find the perfect location but a not-so-perfect property. This doesn’t mean we’re hopeless. I’ll admit, the first flip was challenging,  stressful, and time-consuming, which is exactly why I started Flipped By Her. My desire is to take away that time-consuming, challenging, stressful work that comes with flipping a property and instead, head the entire process for you. 

And in the meantime, I’d like to educate you throughout the development of our project. I find it important to share my knowledge and resources with both men and, especially, women. As a first-generation Latina immigrant mother to daughters, I feel a strong urge to provide information for women, ensuring they know they too can achieve whatever it is that may go against social norms.
