A lot of thought has to go into a renovation. Even a seemingly simple job like a cabinetry updo comes with many decisions. Choices such as color or stain, what kind of grade of wood to go with, hardware options, the width and depth of the cabinet, and how many shelves should go in, are just a few questions that need to be answered to ensure we achieve the same vision you have. We plan to help guide you in the many choices that seem to be endless at times!
A rundown of the renovation can look a lot like this:
- Plan- discussing what you’d like to renovate, deciding when to start, and determining time and budget expenditure.
- Prepare- securing permits, gathering materials, cleaning, and clearing out the space to make room for the project.
- Renovation- depending on each house’s specific needs, this may entail; adding or removing walls, fixing the framework, and making modifications to the plumbing, electrical work, or insulation behind the walls. We’ll then install new drywall, paint, tile, and cabinetry and add the final and finishing touches.
